Signage design for the Île-de-France rail network

What makes a train late is often very little: a door held open, a bag on a seat, a passenger blocking the platform. Small incivilities that seem harmless, and are not. Transilien wanted to tell its passengers without lecturing them. Hence the stickers inside the RER carriages, drawn in a young, almost comic-strip style, so that people read them instead of ignoring them. Illustrations by SO ME.
