Rights of sick foreigners, Aides
Awareness campaign for the Aides association
Since the law of 16 June 2011, France can deport seriously ill foreigners to countries with no access to treatment. The posters say it with not a word too many: a face, dotted lines, numbers. "Discover the new treatment by folding the sheet along the numbers." Folded, the portrait becomes a coffin. The film makes the same gesture, writ large: on a tarmac, men and women climb alive into coffins, bound for their countries of origin. 6,000 HIV-positive people were under threat.
TV spot
Fifty-two seconds, without a word. On a tarmac, men and women walk in single file towards open coffins, climb in alive, and the lids close. What the poster makes the reader do, the film shows.
Press campaign
Two portraits, a man and a woman, crossed by dotted lines numbered 1 to 5. The poster reads like an instruction sheet: you fold, and the face closes into a coffin. The reader's gesture completes what the law prepares.
